In terms of healthy weight loss should be under a pound, I've been sick with giardia and lost a pound and a half a day for a week. Was so weak i couldn't lift my arms.
It doesn't work like that. Longer time is needed for calorie deficits to translate into losing fat and weight loss. You might see a lower number on the scale, but its just because of dehydration etc.
@Still-alive My dad was thin also. I saw a family photo of him when he was in his teens or 20s and he looked very thin. Now he's overweight. Anyone can become overweight

Dont cut your calorie intake less than 1400 a day without a doctor, its not to be messed around with and you can cause serious and permenant damage to yourself.

Without googling, I'd say that half a pound is the max for one day. And that's quite a lot.

So frosty the snowman and the Thing from Fantastic Four (made of rock) walk into a fat camp... Frosty loses 150 pounds in 1 day. The Thing loses zero.

It is not a question of how much. You should not aim to lose more than 3.5 lbs a week, or 1/2 lb a day.
2 kilos a week, i did that long time ago. 2 kg is about 4½ pounds, 7 days a week! So about a sixth of a pound a day.

It depends on how much fat you have to start with. Hard to say but Id guess it'd be negligible.

yup i think im emulating my dad as well. he was very skinny but got bigger in his 40's.
