It looks like where you have chub-rub and your thighs are causing the hair follicles to get inflamed. The thing is they will usually not pop from the top so all you will get is just blood. I would just put some warm compresses on it or an acne type OTC medication to help dry it up.
Cyst or ingrown hair. Most likely a cyst. Don’t pop it!
Thank you. Do you have any ideas about what I should do? Do you think I need to see my doctor?

It could be deep pimple/cyst, ingrown hair, bug bite, some kind of infection.
If it isn't painful and if it isn't growing I would wait for few days/week to see whether it will start to emerge (pimple) or decrease in size (inflammation), and if it gets worse or doesn't improve you probably should visit a doctor.
While it looks more like it has something to do with inflammation that carcinoma or such, it is still better to monitor it over time.
Could be a boil.
If you put a hot compress on it (like a heated up flannel) it may help draw it to the surface more.
If it hangs around for a while or becomes sore and irritating, you may need to get it lanced by a doctor
A blurry dot!
I wouldn't worry. Likely a pimple or something.
It’s nothing to worry about. It’s either a tumor or a pimple. But tumor scares people but there’s nothing to worry about because it’s only a 30% chance that it’s a tumor.
Looks like it could be due to an ingrown hair.
It is a type of scar. I have one on my left thigh.
