I have had covid symptoms since Thursday night and my sister who lives with me is negative with no symptoms? How likely is it that she won't have it?

I've tested positive for covid. She tested negative and has no symptoms. Is it possible to not catch it even though you live with someone?

Its day 4 of my symptoms. Should I think she is the lucky one and she would have got it by now. I am worried about her as she has underlying health issues

It's a shame to see so many in the comments completely oblivious to anything but the mainstream media nonsense about how to deal with this virus. PCR testing, isolation and fear. Your vaccine, despite what you think, or what the so called experts say, is not going to help you at all. It actually places those around you at risk of infection, and makes you more likely to become infected with the virus, particularly variants. If you don't believe me, go have someone see how your room smells after a few nights sleep. As your body desperately tries to detox through the skin during nighttime, many will find their rooms smells of damp rot type smell.

In any case, if you want to know how to really protect yourself with something that actually works, go read the book 'Forbidden Health' by Andreas Kalcker. If that does not wake you up, then nothing will.

There is a cure for that virus that also acts as a preventative and it also deals with all known, and unknown variants, without any side effects. When you use it, you don't need to worry about isolating, testing, or hiding from your own family. But since you've already taken the vaccine, clearly you fell for the propaganda so my advice to you is to keep an eye on your blood pressure, and blood oxygen levels. That vaccine kills your immune system within months, but it takes longer if you're healthy.

Covid is still killing higher numbers than a flu epidemic on average. It's a horrific way to be dying, drowning on dry land. I lost another friend this week to it.

Stay away from as many people as possible until you're asymptomatic AND it's at least ten days since symptoms first began. Until then you're potentially lethal to someone who's got co-morbidities.

I think it takes about a week max to show whether someone’s been infected. So she may be carrying it but not infected yet. Hope you get better soon and hope everything will be fine with your sister! Lots of prayers your way. Just make sure she still isolates so avoid spreading covid further x

As my sister has health issues i would like to think it would have infected her already I've read many stories where not everyone in the household gets infected. Apparently its 53%

Aw!! Yes a lot of people don’t get infected. I myself have been in contact with someone who’s got covid three times and never got infected. Hoping it will be the same for your sister.

It's very possible she won't.

Just over two weeks ago both my husband and I both tested positive, I've really been quite poorly with it.. coughing, stuffed up runny nose, sore throat, no taste or smell etc. Yet my husband has shown no symptoms whatsoever.

She might have it, she might just not be contagious, symptoms of covid I think is the only way to spread it, people with no symptoms can't spread the virus, y'all should both quarantine tho

I wasn't fully vaccinated I had shortness of breath, cough, lost my taste and smell, and to be honest I think I lost some smell and taste, it doesn't feel the same

If she was vaccinated her chances of getting it decrease significantly. It also depends on how much contact she had with you and your environs.

Her pcr is negative but she took it 2 days after I hugged her its day 5 now & she is still without symptoms and negative lateral flow test

Also she is going to do another pcr test in 3 days so that will be 7 days since the hug

That's very possible. I know a couple where he got COVID and she didn't, even though they live together and do everything together.

That's good. Has she been vaccinated? Maybe that's why? I would try and isolate from her while you have it though, just in case. Especially if she has other health issues as this makes her more susceptible to it.
