Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a developmental disorder that affects communication and behavior. Although autism can be diagnosed at any age, it is said to be a “developmental disorder” because symptoms generally appear in the first two years of life.
According to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), a guide created by the American Psychiatric Association used to diagnose mental disorders, people with ASD have:
Difficulty with communication and interaction with other people
Restricted interests and repetitive behaviors
Symptoms that hurt the person’s ability to function properly in school, work, and other areas of life
Autism is known as a “spectrum” disorder because there is wide variation in the type and severity of symptoms people experience. ASD occurs in all ethnic, racial, and economic groups. Although ASD can be a lifelong disorder, treatments and services can improve a person’s symptoms and ability to function. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that all children be screened for autism. All caregivers should talk to their doctor about ASD screening or evaluation.

Let your pediatrician make that determination. Don't trust a group of random people on G@G who have not seen your toddler.
Its possible BUT you really didn't give us enough information to make such a weighty determination. There is a high probability of that he could be on the spectrum because you would have been classified as Advanced Maternal Age (AMA) because of your age. Advanced Maternal Age, as well as Advance Paternal Age (APA), are known to be contributing factors. However, most kids who are on the spectrum range from profoundly autistic to extremely mild or high functioning forms of autism. My suggestion is to address these concerns with your son's pediatric doctor on his next checkup.
Is the environment and people your child is around bad?
Is there violence, anger, stress, fear, anxiety, etc. In the adults your child is around? Basically if there is a lack of love in the adults your child is around then that will impact your child negatively.
Even if there isn't yelling or anything being said around your child that is upsetting, if adults around your child are feeling upset emotions super strongly then your child will be effected by that.

You can’t get a complete diagnosis until they are around three years old, so this is entirely impossible to answer. It’s pretty normal for kids to not want to nap and are over hype. He’s a child and likes to explore and nap time is looked at as something bad for most children.
Neither. His a kid. Don't medicate him, it will mess him up later on.
Don't know, but you need to some research and take your baby to a doctor.
Sounds like a normal 1 year old.
No one here can diagnose that
Calm him down maybe?
