What's your favorite break up comfort food?

Just seperated from long term partner-17 years. Also lost over 3 stone in last 8 months-so ice creams not an option here people! What's your fav low fat comfort food. The cucumber slices, carrot sticks and red pepper dip just ain't doing it for me. :( x

Mine is porrige with sweetner and water instead of milk :) yummy...failing that it has to be chocolate all the way but as my last break up shows, that is NOT good on your waist line.

Strawberries! Or frozen grapes! I know frozen grapes sounds weird, but they are actually really delicious :)

It might sound weird but healthy yummy food is fresh mango slices (the thing orange small ones) with avacado slices on a fresh salad lol just lettice like romain and stuff

i workout instead of eating comfort foods, it's a great stress reliever and 6 months later, I feel and look a lot better. now I'm ready to put myself out there again! haha
