What to do if I step on glass? small glass and it seems it is in my feet now? is it ok to see a Doctor or hospital? does it seem I have a splinter?

I can't see anything sorry.. when I have a small bit of glass in my foot, I got my tweezers and pulled it out. Another time when I pulled it out, it was actually quite long and thin-ish O_O that will teach me from walking around places with no shoes on. Don't go bare foot, put shoes or slippers on.

If it is actually splintered in your foot soak it in warm water with salt, they you can get it right out. From the pic you can't see anything to be honest

hopefully you went to the clinic or doctor's office by the time you read my comment. No shame in getting a pro to take glass out of your foot. They won't hate you for it.
