I'm 5"3 and I have a small frame, my ribs stick out naturally and my wrists are small, but I carry quite a bit of flab on my thighs and lower stomach. what will help get rid of it?
To lose the flab there, you have to lose weight everywhere. You can eat healthier to start. Try cutting down on on soda or chips and start eating veggies and fruits. If that isn't enough you can exercise with exercises such as crunches or squats to focus on your stomach/thigh area. Good luck!
