I ask this question because I know people who use these things and it is not helping them in their life to get better. It’s an addiction, it’s scary why they think it helps. But it’s also hurting them financially. These are people I know and I can’t do anything. It just got me thinking if there were healthier, alternative ways that would truly fix those problems would be people elect to?
A lot of people are depressed but you could do meditate, pray, worship, volunteer, host a fund raiser for a charity, give a private donation, adopt a pet, sew a sweater, practice an eastern art such as yoga or karate, eat a vegetarian diet, visit an old folks home to help the seniors, write poetry, create visual artwork, find some friends, write a book, do a work out challenge, or make cards for people and give them away etc…
