I am currently stuck on a weight "plateau" after losing 25-30lbs. How long did it take you to start losing weight again & what did you "jumpstart" it?

I lost 25-30 lbs in the last 2 1/2 hours just by eating smarter. Yes I was badly overweight, that's what severe depression can and will do to a person. People don't refer it "comfort" food because it sounds cute. ...

Anyway I want to drop another 50 lbs by years' end at the latest. Any more than that and I will not look healthy.

For people who lost weight how did you overcome the plateau? How long? Did you eat less, exercise more, what?
