Plenty of them eat garbage too, but in general vegans are healthier than omnivores. Just compare the skin of a 50 year old vegan and and a 50 year old carnivore. Meat ages you. That's why Asians look young into late adulthood. Many don't eat much meat.
@Agape93 Haha. Well, I know they are cut up and buried, but I know there are several ways to grow them, like in dirt mounds, in pots, planters, under a layer of thick mulch, etc., and I was just wondering which method you use. 🙂

Yes. I would try it for making my own vegetables. <3
I'm in vigorous process. However - the things I plan often don't grow well, and other things (edible, though) pop up instead :D
I love gardening. Just me, my thoughts, and physical that literally bears fruit.
Yeah , loads of really good ideas for propagation of fruits and vegetables, the health benefits are awesome, nothing better than fresh organic food.
Remember, in time of crisis vegans are the closest thing to free range grass fed organic🤣

Nice! I know there are so many ways to grow potatoes. What method do you use?
Cut them in half and bury them usually

Ah. Usually bury the halves under 7 or so inches down in a mix of topsoil and compost.
But for herbs, just top soil with bone meal
