I had itchy throat too and cough but it’s mostly gone now I only cough if I’m near a fan or cold air. Do I need buy allergy medicine? Clarentine or Benedryl?

Get the non drowsy kind, but go to the counter for the good stuff.
It's used in the production of methods so it is regulated, but you don't need a prescription for it.
It works better than what is on the shelf.
