I'm getting addicted to staying up late night till 4-5 ? Is there any way I can go back to normal sleep cycle?

It's been like 3 years I've been having this

My doesn't agree with me to go sleep , because the night is more calmer and being awake at night I have to deal with less people and less bullshit

I've been enjoying this and I can manage good 4-6 hours of sleep in a day

I'm getting addicted to staying up late night till 4-5 ? Is there any way I can go back to normal sleep cycle?
