breakfast: nature valley granola bar and coffee with coffee mate
mid morning snack: apple with some peanut butter
lunch: whole grain bagel with mustard, either turkey or chicken, lettuce, and maybe a slice of cheese, with water
mid afternoon snack: multi grain crackers with a wedge of light laughing cow cheese
dinner: this isn't really up to me but I try to have some lean meat, veggies, and a whole grain with a glass of v8 vfusion juice
