Are my parents trying to sabotage me?

I started going gym. My mom is always complaining oh you should take a rest day don’t push yourself too hard

then trying to offer me McDonald’s and candy when I come out, alcohol on the weekends.

im tracking my calorie intake she’s like oh you don’t have to track everything

I told her I need to get 10k steps per day she’s like oh you’ve been on three walks today you don’t need to go fuck that. It’s cold out there don’t you get bored you walk the same route everyday

I don’t understand the negativity.. I’m working with a coach the plan isn’t cheap so of course I’m going to follow it as close as I can as I want very specific results and it’s like she wants me to be just like her. She’s overweight and has been her whole life she hasn’t exercised in decades she never goes for walks and has so many health issues she is 95% dependant on my dad for everything she can barely make her own breakfast.
