I would say, that your “method” in trying to lose weight isn’t correct or healthy…
To answer your question, yes. You probably will lose weight.
However if you ate right and combined a consistent workout routine you’d burn much more weight off that way. And also feel good at the same time.
Also, if you don’t eat anything for 5 days you could die… just an fyi
It’s not 5 days consecutively it’s like MON TUES THURS FRI and SUN i fast
And Wednesday and Friday I eat normal breakfast lunch and dinner
Also I do workout and weights too
I’m sure you will but once you go off that regiment the weight will come back. You could try intermittent fasting, maybe an 8-10 hour window of eating then not eating the rest of the day. Let’s say you eat breakfast at 8, your last food intake would be at 4 pm, an 8 hour window. A number of people have lost weight that way.
You will likely end up feeling dizzy and possibly even pass out. That is kind of a dangerous way if trying to lose weight

A lot or a little? Cause I feel guilty for having the two days of eating ( I’m choosing wednesdays and saturdays to eat
then just fast all 7 days and take multivitamins
