Music. I put on a good album turned up loud and dance. It's incredible how much of a difference in makes.

I’ve been a bit numb recently. All I can do is stay busy and distracted. Not give my mind to think about anything.
I take my dog for a walk usually. Maybe drive up into the mountains to take him on a hike. Listen to music or just go for a drive.
Get into your hobbies and away from the source of the stress. Do what makes you relax and what makes you happy. :-)
