I remember has early as 10-11 years old I started experiencing mainly eye twitches. Everyone said it’s normal and they too experienced it. However, as years went by I started getting muscle twitches at almost every body part. My legs, arms, lips, stomach, chest, even my scalp/ head. These twitches aren’t painful at all, the only thing is that it’s sometimes super annoying and distracting. I don’t drink caffeine and my potassium levels are good. The only thing I can think that may be causing them is stress and fatigue. I told my doctor about it and he just said it was normal, no testing was done. I want to get a second opinion but before that I was just wondering if anyone had such experiences? Thank you!😊
