Obviously weights, running.. etc are considered appropriate routines for men.
Would you consider Pilates and Yoga great exercises for men as well? I ask this because I notice its a predominately female dominated type of routine?

Every exercise is good for men if they experience it has a good influence on their physical and mental status. Just try it. The same is true for fitness group classes. Mostly women join, men prefer training other own. But such fitness classes require a high fitness level, and participating males even have to quit if hey join for a try. So go for it.
Most men don't go for stuff like that but that doesn't men men won't try 'em.
Those that do already appreciate better balance and agility.
. . . doesn't mean* men won't try 'em.
Only in tights... No unless you want that girl in class to immediately put you into missing "Gay Friend" chair or First chair "Workout Bestie" Friendzone.
Yoga is great. Especially if you do DDPY, it's not the ooga booga yoga.
