If you cut your intake in half and exercise with work plus some stairs walking then 5 pounds a month is a easy goal and probably will take care of itself. Start eating on a smaller plate... like a bread plate until you can get a hang of it. I think you can hit that number in 18 months using common sense and intake reduction.

You can lose that much within 12 months. So 2 years is a lot of time to be able to achieve that goal.
