I've done this enough times and often gave me a load of anxiety.

I've done this enough times and often gave me a load of anxiety.

My grandpa (mom's dad) was a doctor, he taught me how write down symptoms when i am ill and to think about what i have done before i got sick and so on. So far, since 2004, I have ''self diagnosed'' for cecum, gluten, carpal tunnel syndromen and trigger finger. They refused my judgment at the hospital for inflamed cecum and same thing for my celiac/gluten where my life was in danger and specially the inflamed cecum situation, a nurse just went with my ''BS'' and did some tests and out of the sudden i have to be ready for surgery in less than 30 minutes. The gluten allergy! My stomach gave me so much pain i stopped eating for few days and just drank yoghurt and other fluid replacement till i figured it out by searching on google plus there was other candidates beside celiac. So i tried gluten free products and for safety i did ask for help to do blood tests and gastroscopy and they literally laughed at me for asking for this kind of tests, so my weight loss, stomach ache and lack of nutrition caused a lot of pain and i could barley walk until a doctor i was in touch with forced the hospital to do these tests and it turned around that i have celiac and it took me about 5 months until i recovered (gluten is very harmful for my intestines) which leads for lack in nutrition intakes. So! Know what you have and go through the symptoms carefully and i recommend it, don't go all in with (am gonna in 3 months) mode, but do blood tests every 6 or 8 months and keep an eye on your health, nothing wrong with that.
It literally is what the doctors do. They jot down you symptoms and all of that... they're doctors and have a hunch already, and then they leave and hit webmd dot com and narrow it down as fast as they can.
I know this because I've watched them do it. Of course, one with a lot of experience just knows what they're looking at. But will still run tests and all of that to make sure... if they're a good doctor that is.
With all that said, you looking up your symptoms might actually help speed up the visit or at least to start looking in a certain direction.
you are next level delusion.
@ChefPapiChulo and you are nothing more than a common troll. You are not smart and very retarded. I usually call you a tranny because you look like one, but I will stop doing that since I'm the bigger man.
It's okay to google to have an idea on what you might possibly have but I wouldn't suggest self diagnosing or self medicating. Always seek medical advice when you suspect something's not right with your health.
NO 😂 you get only the extreme cases and they talk surgery and other crazy stuff.

It is fine to google it, but best to talk to a doctor to be sure. The main problem is that anything you find online, usually has soo many variations and factors that almost anything can apply to anything.
You know what I mean, when it says things like... may cause headaches or other things, that almost everything else can also cause.
It's not recommended to rely solely on Google search results to diagnose your symptoms.
Online information cannot take into account your personal medical history, family history, or lifestyle factors contributing to your symptoms. And without physical examination, medical tests, or imaging to accurately diagnose, it may lead to anxiety and fear, especially if the information found suggests a serious condition, even if it's not accurate.
I find googling symptoms has been helpful for me in terms of mental health.
but when googling any physical symptoms, the worst case scenario will pop up and it gets me worried lol
Same!
I do this all the time and 98% of the time I figure out what is actually wrong then I go see a doctor so they can confirm and give me free meds if needed...
There is too much misinformation on the web. My mother came me an old copy of the American Society of Physicians which lists many different injuries and diseases with associated treatment. I've used it many times.
I've done this, too! Yes, loads on anxiety and always turns out my anxiety was unwarranted.
And that. meme...🤣 Yes!!!
If you go to respectable websites it can be useful but there's a lot of nonsense and misinformation on the web to be aware of.
Unless you know a great deal about the body and medical stuff you probably shouldn’t do that, just speak to a doctor or a nurse.
Haha!!!
Okay, that was hilarious.
If the symptoms are common, yes. If more serious, why waste time? Head on out to a doctor.
No, sometimes the Internet scares you always throwing out different symptoms, You’re googling the wrong stuff and they just put too much stuff out there. But It can be very helpful.
Yes it is good because many doctors will treat symptoms, but not the underline cause. Self discovery path can lead to a more wholistic answer.
Google can save things not good for one and give the wrong information.
you should of course google your symptoms. but, don't actually take any advice from anyone/google other than a doctor.
Most of the time you will just make yourself crazy but someday it may save your life.
Nah. I'd rather bring it to a professional. Googling might give you a deadly diagnosis for something mild like a cold.
No way! I don't want to know if I'm dying from some of the, well let's say weird things I've done. When death comes a knockin then I'll be a dyin. Fuck it.
No. Try sites like WebMD instead.
You are a closeted hypochondriac, kiddo.
Yeah that’s exactly what happens when you do that
