Several months ago I took a bunch of benadryl, and started hallucinating so my family took me to the e. r. fast forward to yesterday. I was meating with the doctor who manages my medication. She said that when they took my vitals in the e. r. she said that I had high collateral, and there were problems with my kidneys. My blood pressure has been really high. Since then too. She wants me to go Have some labs done again. Should I be worried, or do you think the benadryl just caused it?

I'm not a medical professional, but it's always a good idea to follow your doctor's advice and recommendations. Having labs done again will help them get a clearer understanding of your current health situation and whether the issues you experienced were a result of the Benadryl or something else.
It's natural to feel concerned, but try not to worry too much until you have more information from the tests. Keep in mind that your doctor is there to support you and address any health concerns that may arise. Stay in close communication with them and follow their guidance to ensure your well-being.
"Collateral"? Don't you mean cholesterol? These build up over a long time with bad nutrition (plus genetics). If you are already having a doctor checking your specific values, then ask her and only her.
