For a short story I am writing, which of these characters are the healthiest and strongest?

There are two characters one is 54 year old five foot three, 300lb morbidly obese wealthy female banker and businesswoman whom hardly exercises. The other is her fifty four year oldfive foot seven, 149lb jealous female cousin whom smokes and drinks daily but is five foot seven and exercises a little.

Have you ever come across characters that may be similar.
