Creepy meaning 50-ish years older than me and hitting on me every single time he sees me, goes up to every girl and bothers her, and even almost got kicked out because he was making the saunas too hot in the mens locker room. There’s always bad apples in the bunch. Anyway I escalated it to management and they said he seemed “hurt” about me reporting him. Anyway I really enjoyed being a member there anyway with all the amenities and personal training options. There are good people there for sure. But anyway I did leave because I was frustrated at them for not doing anything about it. Recently I wanted to be a member again BECAUSE I loved the space so much regardless, and they returned my phone call saying they don’t think this is the right gym for me. They made fun of me and said “you said someone was hitting on you.” Is this illegal? I would think reporting harassment or something like this would be a protected complaint.

You can still go to that gym, but you unfortunately you may have to accept the creepy man. If you want to confront him, go for it, that might be a solution. Or, you could wait untill he possibly does something worse, like sexual harassment to bring it up agian. Or, you could have multiple women report him, isn't it a thing we're if you receive to many complaints you get kicked out?
They won’t kick out the creepy guys. They won't let me rejoin/basically kicked me out tho 😃
So go to a different one
There’s not a lot that compare with this one though. It’s like the best one in terms of amenities etc.
Not anymore it isn't
They literally want these trashy people there. They’ll defend them, but not me. So maybe you’re right.
