Why do rich people look younger in old age?

My rich aunts and uncles look 40 years younger then their current age

My parents look their age

My poor aunt and uncle look older than their age

My other rich aunt and uncle also look 30 years younger then their age

I think it’s because they eat healthier food. Poor people eat ramen noodles and French fries.

They eat healthier, have less stress, work less, relax more, exercise more.
I'm looking to extend my looks into my older age like an aunt of mine by not smoking, not drinking alcohol, avoiding processed foods and meat, avoiding American bread, avoiding dairy and eating plenty of vegetables, eggs and fruit. I also stay out of the sun. I dont dye my hair. I don't use some of those cosmetic face creams many I believe are actually toxic. I use minimalmake up. I exercise. I try to avoid drugs like depressants and such. I get plenty of sleep. Avoid unnecessary stress. All things in moderation.
I see a lot of fresh faced white celebrities go down the vegan route to become thinner but I notice that this seems to age them around the face.

I was thinking top 17% of those I know. It does not apply to everyone but I want to know if there is a parallel between lifestyle choices and career choices that could make me healthier like the healthiest people I know.

Oh okay. Well, there are several options available to them (i. e. personal chef, personal trainer, Botox, etc).

I think money can bring all kinds of comfort and care, and mostly with Money you gonna have enough time to take care of yourself, do some sports , have healthy and expensive food, and rest !
Not the mention that they can do surgeries, but I really hate that option...

Memberships and personal trainers. Some even get cosmetic surgery.
