**It can Be Anything. xxoo
For me it's a constant process I've overcome sooo many things but there's still some things I'm processing and working on. I think you just need to start with introspection and keep working on it and the more you discover and map out your inner self the easier it will be to deal with something that's wrong. And once you've manage to let go of some things it'll be easier to do the next one because you know the process a bit.
But for instance I've dealt with every trauma that happened when I was conscious but there's one that happened when I was 14 and I was asleep and that's a completely different situation all the things that worked on the other things doesn't work here so I need to just explore and try to figure out what I need to deal with this.
I'm constantly growing and developing as a person so it's just part of life. But I've gotten pretty comfortable dealing with difficult things so it's not as hard anymore. It's difficult accepting certain things about yourself that maybe don't match your inner ideal image but once you accept yourself more and more it's not that big of a deal anymore :)
I was ready to move on from my girlfriend after seeing her grave. I didn’t live in her state when it happened, and needed to see it with my own eyes.

I’m looking as hard as I can. Thanks.
leaving my ex helped me move on to get out more and being little less stressed at that point and was able to lose weight lost 2 stone i was loosing weight when I was with him he always says he was proud but i was never able to continue because of what he done to me with calling me a fat boot and then saying he's sorry and won't do it again then said he was proud i loosed weight the repeatedly called me the hurtful names so i just kept getting up depressed with comfort eating thinking it was a waste of time and then when we broke up i lost 2 stone 4.3 am doing better now am not his girlfriend anymore w still talk but there is no feelings for him anymore thats another thing i was proud of myself for doing was getting him out my heat and not like him anymore

Frankly, I'm not a sentimental person and I don't emphasize my feelings in a direct way.. And when I find myself in difficult times, blues music interprets and calms my feelings instead of me. Thanks to blues, I have overcome tough days many times. Blues is my personel Good Samaritan at this point..
Time and my outlook in life helped me moved on from my divorce. Also a few good gag friends. ❤️
Taking a year off from my husband and kids.. So I could grow and focus on myself.. It was a nice break and I got my mental health sorted out..

a lot of people don’t know this but you can literally runaway from depression for about 2 years now I get up at the crack of dawn and run this huge trail at this park in my neighborhood for hours and I feel so relaxed, yet energized and refreshed afterwards
My capitulation to the inarguable concept of female superiority.
Eating at Denny’s Paris helped me move on from average style restaurants lol 😂
Pictures and videos as evidence of my blindness. Taking pictures and videos of all the moments that dissapointed or upset me. It was a reminder of why I made the right decision to get rid of whatever. I kept them until I was finally over it, then deleted them wondering why on earth it took me so long to realize what I was putting up with.

Logic. It's stupid and bland an answer, but logic. It's easy for me to cut something out and move on if I see no use in keeping it.
