I'm bipolar and people usually think they're bipolar with everything little thing (NOT saying you're not) so you have to go look on wikipedia as what qualifies as bipolar. You must have been feeling depressed for weeks to be classified as bipolar. Simply crying over a little thing is not bipolar at all. Bipolar is literally not being able to get out of the bed in the morning for weeks on end and being hospitalized cause of it.The best option is to go a psychologist who will be able to see if you're behavior is normal or not and if it can be treated with therapy. If it's not possible then only can you be referred to a psychiatrist who can diagnose what disorder you have.

try getting out of the house and doing something you really like, avoid anything that would make you feel uncomfortable, but it may be nice to push yourself slightly out of your comfort zone, sometimes a walk on the beach or through the woods can change your entire perspective and give you clarity.
no your fine. maybe a little emotional but not crazy. those online test are NOT professional evaluations. I myself have taken one and it said the same thing, kinda crazy..but aren't we all?
