I drink a lot of water yet im not gushing pee its just about 10 seconds long & my pee is dark yellow. Why?

You should be peeing more, and your pee should be running clear and not deep yellow and/ or light brown color also you need to get a test from the doctor, and we aren't doctors who can help you a doctor would know more.

Sounds like you’re not drinking enough water. You said you exercise as well so you’re sweating. You should be trying to consume half your weight in ounces of water per day. So I weight 270, I should try to drink 135 oz of water.

Well if it's like that seems like you are dehydrated but if it's for a long time like that... then may be you are secreting ketone bodies in your urine... Diabetic or some kidney problem

4-5 glasses a day isn’t much if in total it’s only 250ml. On average you should be drinking 1-2 litres a day.

That's a horribly low amount of water if you say you are active. I'll drink more than that on one ruck march. You are horribly overtaxing your kidneys like this.

The water quality is probably rubbish. Also, it's likely you have diabetes, kidney disease or similar condition, if you are drinking water consistently but still getting a lot of urea, and creatine (the yellow in your pee).
