No Thanksgiving here , but no mater the occasion , there is never an excuse , your weight and fitness needs to be watched on every occasion , its not for a particular event , its lifestyle and lifestyle is everything , there is never an excuse , no matter what it is , health always comes first , zero processed carbs , and keep up the exercise , always , every day counts , no excuses , no excuses to be overweight or technically obese , none , its lifestyle , always.
I don't live in the US anymore, so I will not be celebrating Thanksgiving. But it is always important to watch ones weight.
Me. I've learned to watch my weight living in America. Also I've a bitch mother in law who makes snide comments. A few years ago after getting married and moving to the us I put on a bit of beef because I was eating all this American food and she referred to me as a cute little ompa lumpa which I assume she meant because I'm short, ginger and was a tad bit overweight
My parents treat my husband like he's a king. The good China comes out. My Daddy let's him drive his range rover.
Always…. From now through the holidays.
@KatherineJ It Sure IS!!! xxoo

Not formally. I just try to eat a lot of protein, and hold the line on meaningless carbs. Meaningful carbs- such as apple pie- will obviously take precedence over ones such as mashed potatoes.
I'll make an exception for Yukons! ;- )
I already know it.. since we do follow more of the holidays and traditions on the Mexican style... all through Thanksgiving till January 6th... will be a endless feast of great food and gatherings pretty much every weekend, lol
so I know that I'll gain at least 10 extra pounds... I just make sure to be more active, which is the case, I do more of sports through the colder season... and these become muscle gains... lol
Pwrsonally I’m the type who can’t gain weight and my relatives always tell me to feast up and get more weight on even though that sounds impossible and it’s not like U don’t eat, I eat a lot and also have a fast metabolism and also gain strength easily while doing normal degree of exercise!!
I've been trying to watch it for years but, spending all day every day just doing shit on the computer isn't burning anything and, besides, there's not gonna BE any kind of a big feast! I have no family, no close friends, no oven and no turkey. I'll probably just have hamburgers or Ramen noodles or potato chips.
I don't. I prefer to be with people, especially family but, most of them are dead and those that still are alive I want nothing to do with, ever again, unless I'm standing in front of them with a baseball bat in my hands!!
I'm from South Africa, so we dont have Thanksgiving here, but Christmas is basically the day we eat wayyy to much 😅
Always feel nasty afterwards, but the food is just to good 😋
I usually take it easy from the 27 until old years eve... and then we just get hammered 🤣
Luckily I pracice right through the year for the 31st of December 😜
I'm not from the United States, so I don't celebrate Thanksgiving. But if I did, I wouldn't watch my weight. I probably would eat too much and then regret. 😂😂
Not watching anything, I can gain weight and loose weight, whenever I want and keep it constant. I’m gonna fill me up! Lol 😂
I know it’s rat bite of everything, and I’m cooking, so the food gonna be good and 🔥 lol.
I don't celebrate thanks giving but I do celebrate Christmas so I am watching my weight before that big feast.
As for me I’m not on a diet I’m on an expansion & on Thanksgiving I will be counting calories as I’m stuffing my mouth & enjoying all the delicious food.
It always grinds my heart to he some say they gained five pounds or more over Thanksgiving & they didn’t even eat five pounds worth of food. It also grinds my gears that Thanksgiving is on a Thursday. Thanksgiving should of been on a Friday so some people can enjoy a three day weekend.
I'm getting into shape and improving. I will enjoy the get together and and not over do anything.
I always watch my weight. The numbers in the scale are bigger than they should be, but that won't stop me from enjoying the feast.
I'm watching my weight because I'm going on a cruise a week after Thanksgiving. LOL
I usually lose weight between Thanksgiving and New Years. It is the Long haul from new years until May that I gain it back.
Not at all, never have. I have a fast metabolism to begin with, the only thing I do I make sure I have plenty stomach room for devouring as much of that good Thanksgiving feast as I can.
I usually don’t eat any more on a holiday feast than I would on a regular day. But most likely the caloric intake is greater on the day due to the homemade sweets.
Absolutely, there is no way in hell in showing up for Christmas or Whatever. Looking like an elephant. I refuse!
YIKESSSS!!! xx
I don't watch my weight, I just have eating habits that make it easy to manage my health.
I don't gorge at Thanksgiving either. I just sample things I like. Since I've not been someone who eats a lot of sweet things, desserts are overly sweet and I prefer roast turkey, but I do like a dense NY style cheese cake.
Just don't be a glutton is my advice.
Nope. But the only thing I have to watch myself is on desserts-as I have been known now to eat a few sweets in one sitting before, especially if there is variety and more than one flavor. Apple pie is going to kick my reflux, but I don't care. lol 🍎
Watching it go up with every pie that I bought. Pecan, lemon and key lime…. Not to mention the cheesecake. Oh wait, I mentioned it…. Not it counts too….
No, but that is one sexy camel!

No! Let's compromise. Go with me to Fiji. I don't even know where it is, but I just like the sound ! Fee gee.
I remember watching you from across the room when you were dancing to the Bee Gees. Remember? You had the red Solo cup in your hand,
Whether you're a brother or whether you're a mother
You're stayin' alive, stayin' alive
Feel the city breakin' and everybody shakin'
And we're stayin' alive, stayin' alive
Ah, ha, ha, ha, stayin' alive, stayin' alive
Ah, ha, ha, ha, stayin' alive🤣
Eating at denny’s for Thanksgiving is like having a hungry man turkey TV dinner that’s where I’m going. All by myself.
I’m not watching mine because I can’t gain anything.
Before and after. I’m at a healthy point but there is still sculpting I’d like to do.
I'm look forward to eating everything. I'm skipping breakfast
Yay, Watching my weight go up and my discipline go down. 🙄
No but I do need to control my alcohol consumption 😅
I watch it all times. I track what I eat, spend etc.
The meal itself really isn’t that fattening. It’s all the deserts and snacking that get you
Nope, don't do that for any holiday period! Also, I'm always confused about why you guys have a mini Christmas before Christmas 🤣
I wasn't thinking about it I'm at like 49 kg right now so who knows actually think about updating this after now
I follow back :3
My weight only fluctuates about 20 lbs. If I walk and do a good Abdominal workout I'm lower end. If I eat licorice and drink soda I'm upper end. I've never really had to watch my weight. I just have to watch my cholesterol and blood pressure.
I never watch my weight Paris... Mainly cause I don't weigh myself that often..
Nope, I need to gain weight !
I’m good, I’d love to gain a few pounds 💃
Nah. I'm pretty diligent most days, so on special occasions it's not big deal to go big lol.
yes I need to loss a lot soon
I always watch the food go in my mouth
I hope lots of people are doing that.
Not really, mine is always the same
I guess because I’m always active and walk a lot
What big feast?
Yes I am.
Nope 😂😅
Nope
Nope 🙅
Meow
