Yes. You do store fat on and near your face. Specifically in your cheeks and neck area. Losing weight (to become more healthy) usually will make a positive change to someone's facial attractiveness.
I've lost 115 lbs and you can see a massive difference in my face. Yes it did bring a lot of positive changes.
I've never lost more than 10 lbs. But when my cousin when from 300 pounds to 125 his face changed dramatically. For him losing weight wasn't worth it- he became very sick.

For me... it didn't ...i still suffer from face face syndrome.
