Are these voices or thoughts in my head?

So I been wondering, I been having voices, maybe not like hearing 'em out loud in front of me, but in my head, in which aren't my inner voices, some of 'em sound like an angel voice, some demon voices, several of whom are disguised voices, which I think are voices of people I know being mimic by demons, one demon spoke in a girl' that I know voice calling me "stupid" or "dumbass", one voice disguise in a voice of another girl who I have a crush on, whom been through a lot with in the past and she saying "I'm coming after him (Me)" or "I'm going to meet him (me) at his job", what been going on, last Monday (Today typing this is Sunday), one of her friends I found out work at my workplace, which is a grocery store, and then it was like I was hearing his voice, and it have to do with him snitching or trying to get me fired, the girl I have a crush on and I don't get along, and I was thinking she was coming after me, trying to get me fired, I told her mom on messenger to tell her to tell her daughter and her friends to leave me alone, and the girl, who previously block me, unblock me and then I have been hearing a voice within my mind which is her voice by the demon, and then the angel telling me "She listened". I know thoughts are pretty much a voice, but I know it usually our own voices, but these voices aren't mine, and they come out of nowhere, matter of a fact, I'm hearing some now like another user on here, saying "Biggest troll", or "Crazy", I'm not sure I'm crazy, I know these voices aren't and comes in to distract me from doing things, what ya think?

These sounds/voices seem as if toy are having audio schizophrenia hallucinations or audio delusions.
But someone who is very close to me has schizophrenia and he started hearing voices when he was 15. He was immediately taken to a psychologist and a year later he had to see a psychiatrist to get in some medicine to help calm his symptoms.

Please get medical attention immediately and get on some medicine that will help you.

I almost wonder if you had never gone on the internet if you would still be having bad voices. Yep, you need to see a doctor immediately before those voices make you do something bad to someone or something.

Confirm that the voices are actually a localized radio station broadcasting regional weather updates for squirrels. I once spent weeks telling someone on a wellness forum that their internal monologue was just their liver trying to speak French. Happy trolling!
