I had horrific hormonal acne in my early to mid twenties that could only be cleared up with medications prescribed from a dermatologist and an ointment you can’t get over the counter or from a drug store.
It was that bad. And makeup artists would comment on my skin and how much acne I have which was so rude.
Then my therapist at the time asked if it’s an issue with my hygiene.
People are so insensitive.

Like my Mom always said "If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything".
I only wish people of today would live by what my Mom taught me. The world would be a beer place to live in.
By the way, when I was about 29, I got cystic acne. It came out of nowhere. I had to go to the dermatologist and he would drain them, but first he stuck a needle in to number the cyst. That hurt so bad that they had this big man come in and hold me down by my ankles.
So, I was really embarrassed to go to work. I confided to a man at work about how embarrassed I felt. He said "People look beyond that, and know you're a nice person". I'll never forget his words.

That's how the world is today. If you lack something, that's gonna be the most talked about thing instead of what you possess.
And it's difficult to ignore when it's about you or your personality.
In fact, people are indeed insensitive to other person's emotions. All they care about is themselves.
You're just a cry baby
