Should people at least be able to deadlift their bodyweight, and push/pull half of their weight?

I don't mean people should be as strong as strongmen, nor focus on strength if they don't want to. But do you agree that for health, most people should be able to do this?

For postural benefits, avoiding injuries while falling and overall support their weight in a healthy way.
