tbh, it's a bit weird. What's your motivation for that diet?
The egg is full of cholestrol. One is about 80% of your recommended intake in a day isn't it?
Otherwise, too much fat and saturated fat. You shouldn't base your diet on that.
Personally I prefer whole foods, plant based, lowish fat. Most of my diet is centred on whole grains, legumes and vegetables.
Yesterday I had family around and obviously you eat differently. I probably ate 5 big meals and still couldn't fill myself up. One was probably 1000 calories alone. Wouldn't surprise me if I ate in excess of 3000 calories. Lots of dairy, eggs, and refined grains.
Know what the difference is? I'm used to eating fibre. Fibre fills you up. Whole grains aren't bad as they use the entirity of the digestive system, rather than the cheap sugar highs of refined carbs and simple sugars.

Just these 3? Not very good especially if you just eat these 3 for long periods of time
Because there are nutrients that these 3 does not have.. and after a prolonged continuation of this diet you'll develop serious deficiency of those missing nutrients
All those foods are whole and unprocessed usually, that’s good but if you’re only eating those three things, you’ll miss out on a lot of vital nutrients.

That sounds like a desirable diet! Eggs supply protein, nuts have wholesome fats, and bananas supply herbal sugars and potassium. But make sure to consume specific ingredients to get all the nutrients your physique needs, like fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean meats. Adding veggies to your omelette or ingesting different proteins can help you remain healthy.
It could be if you are getting complete protein and all needed vitamins. I don't think any of those foods contains vitamin C, and I'm not sure about the others.

You need some dairy and you need other minerals, vitamins, and fatty acids which you can't get from just eggs, nuts and bananas
