Here are some quick "tweaks" you can do in order to cut pounds fast.
1. Drink water and only water.
- About 25% of the average person's daily calories are consumed in liquid form, and our body has a huge problem recognizing them. It's slow to respond on whether or not we're full, which leads to over-consumption.
2. Drink at least one glass of water before every meal.
- When we're hungry, we crave more than just solid dry foods. In fact, much of our water intake comes from food itself. A good way to feel more full is to hydrate yourself, so your body feels slightly bloated and your appetite is curbed.
3. Control portions.
- Make a fist. That's about as much food as your body should take in per meal. If you eat more than 6 meals per day, make them slightly smaller. Anything larger than your fist is going to get stored as fat since most likely, your metabolism won't burn all of it. A fist sized (or smaller) meal every 3 hours or so will keep your metabolism running at peak levels, and most if not all of what you eat is going to be stored as fat.

It is never a good idea to take any of the fast weight loss pills because first off most don't work and most will be harmful to you. Losing weight takes time that's why so many diet and exercise routines fail because people don't see results right away so they just give up. My advice would be eat smart and eat smaller meals throughout the day to ward off hunger instead of starving yourself and overindulging in one meal. Stay away from soda or at least limit consumption. and allow yourself to eat the kind of foods you like just in small portions. But the best way to lose the weight is to keep active. Keep yourself busy doing anything physical and walk at a fast pace or jog a lot.
As cliche as it sounds, if you eat right and exercise it will fall off naturally and you will be at a better weight. If you are eating right, dieting is irrational. That being said, you can't do one without the other and expect quick results (Eating right, but not exercising - exercising but not eating right, both will do you no good). 30-60 minutes of exercise, healthy meals and snacks, limiting on any type of mass produced products or foods that do not expire. Sadly, there is no quick fix that will drop you ten pounds in a day. But if you do as mentioned above, you should notice a change within a month.
You can't lose weight kind of fast. Not without it being unhealthy and bad for you.
It takes longer to lose weight than it does to gain it. Start doing cardio to help counter act what you're gaining, as well as evaluating your diet.

Most people will say eat less and workout more. I believe it's true to some degree but here's the thing instead of eating less in general just focus on eating healthier in general. You'll get more nutrients and you're also taking in less calories. Working out is great for you. As a girl I don't think you're focus is not bulking up in muscle so a decent amount of cardio and pilates will definitely get you places. If you want to do some great toning exercises for the legs bike riding and swimming are great. Workout at least 4 days a week and during your rest do a very light exercise like walking or just anything active that's not working your muscles hard. This is better than sitting on the couch because you recover a hell of a lot faster. Core workout is great for women because not only are you tone that area of your body and make it a lot tighter.
Only aim to lose 1kg/2lbs a week. Any quicker than that and you're going to be losing muscle as well.

Do some exercises like skipping, running, dancing etc basically cardio.There is no "safe" way to lose weight extremely quickly. Everything you do that loses a lot of weight in a short amount of time can lead to health problems. As a general rule, you should be seeing no more than 2 lbs loss a week.
The best way to lose weight is to start a workout regimen using both cardio AND weight training and fix your diet. Add protein, reduce carbs, and cut sugar and alcohol.You can lose weight fast.
Look into a PSMF (protein sparing modified fast). I've personally used the plan described in lyle madconald's rapid fat loss, I'd recommend it. That book also includes a section at the end on moving to long term maintenance.
To be honest, using PSMF actually helped me move to a long term diet, rather then returning to how I used to eat, I simply added stuff back in to what I ate on the PSMF.Figure out why you're gaining it. You're either eating a lot more junky stuff or just not being active enough.
Rather than diet/quick-fix, I recommend eating healthier and try get into some gym classes or some FUN form of fitness activity.If your loosing a lot of weight abruptly and you don't know the reason why then I'd say go see a doctor actually. It could be a thyroid problem, but if its not random and just gradually occurring then id say do the soup diet! it works like a charm!
I don't know any good weight loss tips but I know one thing.
You can't lose weight fast.
I instead recommend switching to a consistent healthy lifestyle, working out 3-4 times a week and eating healthy.Run daily or get a gym membership. Try being more conscientious about what you eat.
