i was not referring to female-male fight, obviously in most cases male would win because of physiological advantage.

No. Being skinny and having abs is totally counterproductive to strength, and all but the most elite female fighters are completely helpless against an average guy so that’s a moot point

Visible muscle is low fat content. It does not say anything about strength. Muscle size and volume does. And fighting = technique, less strength. Skinny is a relative term. You can be tall and look skinny, but still have considerable muscle size compared to smaller people. 30 cm biceps on a girl measuring 1m80 will look "skinny".
