first check your bmi' based on your height before you worry about "too fat"
some skinny worry they are too fat, but that is bad.

for health reasons they should get thinner. if dating ADDS motivation then use that to change eating habits and go jogging! in comfy running sneakers.
I'm guessing you are a shorty if a 4-6 doesn't look thin. Either way I think you are overthinking it concerning your looks. I would start asking people you trust about why they think guys friend-zone you.

Oh, silly... men don't put a woman in the "recreational zone" because you have big boobs. They doo it because you act like you have nothing else to offer & you eagerly run to be used with zero standard for the man's character/behavior.
Most men don't put women in the "recreational zone" due to their body. But due to their behaviour. As men we quickly notice who is for "lust/fun" and who is for "love". Behaviour is where they mostly get placed.
What should you do? Take a critical look to how you behave or act. are you minding your own business in life or do you secretly want love? It sounds weird how i say it but most people do notice this quickly in others? Most men take advantage of that.
Ok honestly a lot of it has to do w your body as far as attraction. But what you described at 5’10”, 140 lbs to me isn’t fat or overweight. You’re as tall as me. Now according to medical standards is it considered over weight? Maybe. I don’t know I’ve never looked at it. The real question is do you have a pretty face. A lot of women have nice size breast such as yours, but they don’t have the face to go w it. They’re what men would call “butter faces.” Everything looks good butter face.

4-6 is very thin! You crazy? The boobs may create the illusion of being heavier. but even still D is not THAT large either. You sound well proportioned and cute tbh.
Work on yourself. Do what men do and work on yourself. We men shouldn't be the only ones who do that.
If you're that tall and just in the 130s then I don't see how that would be possible to be considered that at the same time, lol. Sounds kinda on the thin side anyways.
A size 4-6 is hardly overweight. Based on your description, you sound like you have a good figure.
