How do I stop myself for feeling guilty about enjoying life and having fun outside of my responsibilities?

It’s like when I do anything that’s fun for me. Anything that’s good and healthy for me outside of everyday responsibilities, everyday growth both mentally, physically and emotionally, rather it’s going for a night out with friends to have a few drinks, taking a few shots, having sex in a adventurous or different way, letting loose some of my boundaries I feel like I’m doing or did something wrong. Even though it’s not like it’s a lifestyle or bad habit. Even though I’m not murdering anyone but just simply being human and living life, I still instantly feel like “Why do I deserve this kind of fun or adventure? When I haven’t even done this for myself, when I haven’t achieved or reached this goal. When I could be doing something more productive.” And I know this way of thinking isn’t healthy for me. I don’t know where I stems from.
