Try measuring your blood pressure after you've stood still for a few minutes. You should also consider that whatever you're using is just inaccurate.
Even if it isn't wrong, those measurements aren't so bad. Your blood pressure isn't too high nor is it too low. Regardless, variation in your blood pressure could indicate something's wrong with your heart, kidney or blood vessels among other things. Which is why you should definitely go see your doctor!

That is both low. The main number to look at is the diastolic (bottom). If its lower than 60 then its low. That will make you feel dizzy, head achey... pretty much everything you said. So that's why you feel ill.
Do you drink enough? I know I don't and my blood pressure is always low. Some people get high blood pressure from dehydration but I dont. Could be that?
Try drinking a cup of coffee every morning. Simple but works :)
How is your diet? Do you consume foods that are high in sodium?
If not, then you might have a more complex issue and you need to see a doctor.
