There is always a substitute for anything you crave. Personally, I found that natural peanut butter and "strawberry preserve" (aka, healthy jelly) have curbed my cravings for sweets to almost nothing.
I haven't craved a chocolate bar in months since making the decision to stick to this amazing combo. The fatty, smooth taste of natural peanut butter satisfies the tongue's desire for fats (nuts are a good fat) and the cool, sweet jelly provides more than enough sweetness. They are kind of bad, but not nearly as unhealthy as chocolate.

Chocolate coated nuts.
OR, try some hikers mix - scroggin, basically nuts with dried fruit and some chocolate :).
My personal favorite chocolate craving filler is Fiber One chocolate chip bars. It's too bad those upset your stomach. :( Yogurt covered pretzels maybe?
For something sweet with natural sugar, you might try eating fruit. I was a total chocoholic until I discovered the magic of cherries. I eat them like candy now. :D

When I crave sugar, I chew a piece of gum, drink something, or eat a filling but healthy snack (like nuts). If you absolutely MUST have chocolate, indulge in something small like a kiss, and try something else.
Try eating fruit or something sweet. I'll have moments where I crave chocolate/sweet. If I drink a glass of juice or have a piece of fruit, that craving goes away.
Make some chocolate coated fruit, so at least you'll have something healthy when your eating something unhealthy.
What about plain coffee or hot chocolate (in moderation...and not too sweet)?
try chocolate or chocolate chip granola bars, they are healthier but still fix my sweet tooth
