It really depends on your body frame. If you have a really small frame you will need to lose more weight than if you have a larger body frame. I was the same weight and height as you a few years ago and I looked fine. Maybe if you dropped 20 pounds it would be good, it all depends on your body. When I was younger, I was really thin at 155-160, and I was the same height. But I have a larger body frame, and had an hourglass shape, so my weight was distributed evenly. Those all take consideration, and weight doesn't automatically degrade your health. It really depends on your lifestyle too.
I would just aim at doing some regular exercise and eating well. Your weight will naturally change to accommodate a new, healthier lifestyle. And you will drop some weight, and feel better and be healthier :) Health isn't fully determined by weight. As long as you take care of yourself and do healthy things, you will be healthier overall.
According to BMI, about 40 pounds. But BMI is bull. The thing is, health has very little to do with the number on the scale (unless you're severely underweight or severely obese). Health is all about eating right, being active, and taking care of yourself. People start the craziest diets and exercise routines because they want to be healthy, but they don't realize that hurts their health even more. Just make simple lifestyle changes you can stick with for the rest of your life (30+ min of exercise a day, less junk food, more water and fiber, etc.). THAT'S healthy :)

I guess a target of 140 pounds would be a good idea... because its in the healthy weight range, but not too far in...:D
Maybe lose about 40 pounds, you'll have a BMI of 24 if you do so.
Set mini goals, try having a calorie deficit and watch the weight burnt off!

How much weight do I need to lose to be healthy? 60.4 lbs...though weight in most cases doesn't correlate to health. If you're truly concerned about your health focus on blood pressure, cholesterol, and body fat percentage
