Addicted to oats/cereals? ANnyone else?

The question sort of says it all...

All day I eat less, reduce calories and exercise. Then, when I am home alone, I feel this strange desire to eat cereal and oats

The main ones are:

- oats

-weetbix

-antioxidant lift

All cereals are healthy, so its not such a big deal, but its an extra 500 calories or so, and I am trying to LOSE weight here, instead I gain it...

Anyone else?

Or,how can I stop this?

Any other tips on weight loss?
