I understand that starvation 'aka very low calorie diet' will only help me lose weight, because it will eat up all my muscle. And I was just wondering if it would work the same. Most days I am at home doing Uni assignments all day long and only get about 1hr physical activity (at the gym). So I thought eating less would help me lose weight, but like I said I don't want to lose muscle just flab.
I also (I won't use the phrase lose weight) want to get thinner,and quite quickly, but I can't spend all day at the gym.
I thought I would keep foods strictly good carbs like veggies and lentils and protein in the Low calorie diet and drink water and BCAA's mix all day long.
By low cal I mean approx 800-1000 (I'm 171cm>5'7/5'8).
