I don't really pay attention to the scale but I do pay attention to the mirror. I can tell when I lose and gain weight. I'm at a healthy BMI (close to underweight). The last time I checked, I was 126 lbs and I'm 5' 10"; but the only or main reason why I may want to lose weight it to get rid of excess fat that is around my butt and thighs and to tone up and look sculpted. I already have a lean physique but maybe to just look better and healthier as a whole? Also, looking lean but not sick boosts everyones confidence so maybe that reason too?

Mainly because of my looks and because my boyfriend , he constantly tells me that I should lose a little on my waist area. and I think having a little space in between of my legs would look so cook, lately I've been getting thicker :/ right now I'm 123 pounds , I know many people would disagree with me that I shouldn't lose weight and that I may not need to but its my decision my body
To look more like the svelte Chinese guys. I'm in pretty good shpe but Chinese women like guys on the skinny side. Just a few ls off my middle and I can wow they with the muscles.
Honestly, it's to get the ladies. They say looks don't matter but we all know the truth...

I don't need to lose weight however I've dealt with body image issues/EDs for so long, that it's engraved in my head that I need to and I think I won't find content until I'm at the goal I've set for myself(which is fine, my weight goal is a healthy one, especially since I'm 5'2).
To look better! I think My thighs and belly still to big for My height I would be happier with them smaller...To wear light jeans and don't feel wide
I am 5 feet and weight 116lbs My goal is 108lbs and I have muscles So its not all fat...
So looks Yeah its about looks I am already healthI'm actually pretty happy with my current weight range, though I wouldn't mind lowering my body fat a bit to show of my muscle definition a little better. Gotta get me a six pack.
For my health. ___If a guy doesn't like me for who I am, I don't want him anyway.
To be happier. I'm just saying, I would be a LOT more happy if I was thin, the more weight I lose, the happier I am with myself overall.
To look better and to feel better. Also for the clothes, they just don't make much selection for bigger people. It would also be nice to have the outside match the inside too! That's a big part of it!
Because of CLOTHS! The best selection of clothing is the smaller/medium sizes. My main reason. =P

I'm not into weight loss exactly, but I'm into fitness and exercise explicitly because the things I love to do now won't be viable options for me when I'm 99 years old and arthritic.
