So I injured my knee and I can't do anything that requires me to put pressure on it. (I can walk and stuff, but no squatting, lunging, etc. motions). I used to do a ton of squats, lunges, other butt exercises but I can't for a few weeks because of the injured knee. I like my big butt, I don't want it to get small. :( haha. So does anyone know any low impact exercises that will keep my butt big?
You can't make your butt big, exercise doesn't work complete miracles. But you can still keep it toned by clenching your glutes whenever you're standing about or in a stationary position, steps up might also be good holding some weights aswell and also some power walking. Other than that I wouldn't do anything else because most exercises will include some strain or pressure on your legs and knees and you don't want to make any injuries worse. Just get back into your routine once you're all healed up! :)
