I really want to get rid of my glasses. My nose is kinda sensitive so i get headaches from the pressure they put on my nose.

I did nearly a decade ago go from not being able to read papers on the desk in front of me to reading the projector text on the wall while leaning my back against the opposite wall, in less than a year. The site i linked was less of a business and easier to navigate back then but at least it still exists and probably still useful.
In short. Keep your books and screens as far away from your eyes as possible while still being able to read.
If you can read it beyond arm's reach, then reduce your prescription until it just gets slightly blurry.
If you can read but cannot drive without glasses, then use reading glasses for reading and the weakest prescription possible that still let's you pass driving tests.
See, our eyes adapt to the environment. Progressive myopia means your eyeballs are flexible and still adapt.
Which means you can make it adapt to distance vision too. How? Slowly. Research what is popularly called "pseudomyopia". Everyone knows it can be reversed. Well, real myopia can too, just slower.
Pseudo myopia is your eye actively flexing to look closer and closer. Just like biceps actively flexing to look bigger. Real myopia is like having a huge pair of biceps, grown big without needing to flex anymore. So does the eye adapt to close vision by changing its shape permanently so you don't have to actively flex.
It's simply an adaptation. Your goal is to do the same thing as reversing pseudomyopia just longer, in the biceps analogy it would be to quit flexing, and to reverse true myopia it would be like making the biceps atrophy --- stop flexing it, do not flex it at all at any point during the day.
What the eye does, to do the equivalent of flexing biceps, is change focal distance to be closer. Say, you are capable of reading a road sign at 50 meters using your powerful glasses, but you wear them and read the sign only 5 meters away --- that is a flex, you just made your eye focus closer than it is capable of, you are signaling the eye to permanently make the eye adapt to seeing it at 5 meters even with those glasses.
To prevent this, avoid looking at things closer than your maximum ability to see clearly. Of course, driving is an exception, do not risk anyone's lives at any circumstances.
Always look at things that are only the "blur horizon", right at the edge between being too blurry and still clear.
But take it slowly. One of the worst things you can do is become "blur adapted" where your eyes want to see blur.
You will confuse the eyeball if you look at a total blurry mess. But if you look just a centimeter beyond what is comfortable then they will get the signal. ㅤ
It depends why you have issues with your eyes and what you are doing to fix it. I take vitamin C to make my eyes healthy.
I want to cure myopia in my eyes.
There are things you can do to reduce strain, protect your ocular health, and prevent vision from worsening, but that is where it ends, naturally speaking.
