For the past 2 months or so, I've been eating a bit healthier than usual. I've been eating mostly fruit and veggies throughout the day, and regular dinner at night. At first, I noticed my stomach was growling throughout the day, even though I wasn't consuming very much less food than before, just a different kind of food. Also, I had gas and an upset stomach, kind of like weird cramps throughout the day. I thought it might be a side effect of my new diet, but it's been almost 2 months now, and I'm still having all these problems. What is wrong with me? Is it normal for your body to take 2 months to adjust to healthier eating habits?
