Diet accounts for more weight loss than working out. Clean up your diet AND work out.
For your diet, I suggest doing a few simple things-
1. Drink ONLY water
(If you're craving something sweet, add Stevia flavored drops sold at health food stores, they come in multiple flavors like grape, rootbeer, etc just a few drops and it will taste like a flavored drink, and even adding seltzer water, it will be like soda. Or drink green tea).
2. Eat only organic
(Meats, fruits, veggies...just better for you. Less chemicals/hormones).
3. Focus on protein
(Greek yogurt, boiled chicken is the way to go for losing fat and building muscle).
4. Cardio, cardio, cardio
(30-45 min. 4-5x a week and you'll be burning fat in no time).
5. Strength training
(Working on muscle groups will also help burn fat).

Your not fat, so tone up a bit, exercise 3 times a weel for 4 weeks and anything that moved won't move now, it will be toned, but your weight suggests your not fat,x

Your fine the way you are. If you want to slim down for you than that's fine. But don't do it for someone else. They need to love you for you. If you decide to lose weight just do it in a healthy way
i encourage you to be as close to what You were when He left...if it is possible with out risking health...
Stay calm and exercise I little more if you're worried. You're not fat!
Your not fat. You should weigh at a min of 115 pounds when your five foot three. And the max you should weigh is 135...don't worry about it.
If you think you're fat, you probably just need to tone up. Don't focus on losing weight, but eat right and exercise. Based on your numbers and you're attitude, you're a skinny bitch.
