A lot of water make sure your pee is white! Yougurt with cultures (bacteria for digestion) yoplait fit works very well. Try to eat 3 fiber 1 bars a day to get the fiber youneed to digest properly. Yoga also works very well to loosen your intestines and speed things up a bit. Try twisting yourself and stretching your stomach after you eat. Also this may be weird but it works. When you are pooing try to lift your legs up onto the bathtub or a waste basket so the muscles around you anus is relaxed allowing for your poop to go out easier. Don't bend over and force it out your hurting yourself. If all else fail you might have to go to the doctors

Fiber. Lots. Oatmeal is pretty awesome at giving you regular bowel movements.
You could also go with prunes, they have a reputation. They look gross but once you eat one you realize they taste pretty good.

i had to do one on Sunday because I had a surgery yesterday. get a 64oz red gatorade and mix that with a whole miralax bottle. drink it every 10-15 minutes. And yo should drink 4 duclolax pills. it helps bowel movement
That's terrible! I recommend you drink some prune juice which should work well. Foods, try to eat some cantaloupe and food rich in fiber.

I'd go see a doctor. Don't be shy about this stuff. Get the best advice possible from him or her. There are a million over the counter ways to fix it. But 10 lbs in a week is a real problem. Let us know how it came out? (Pun intended.)
Drink a lot of water...aim for a gallon or so a day. Then eat high fiber stuff OR if you really want to clean yourself out, do a three day water fast, your system will be completely flushed out and refreshed
Try suppository pills. 10lbs is freakish. You might explode. Don't worry so much about what you eat now, you need to empty that crap asap.

-Dulcolax suppository
-Glycerin enema
-MD visit
In that orderFiber lots of fiber or laxative.
Bread will make you sh*t. Promise.
