Why do girls always set unrealistic time frames for their fitness goals?

Whether their goal is weight loss, toning up, adding muscle, or whatever, girls seem to refuse to acknowledge that seeing a total body transformation takes time and patience.

Why is this? Why can't they accept that they won't see a total body transformation in the span of just a few weeks? Why is it so hard for them to understand that it takes hard work and patience?

I'm sick of dealing with girls who set unrealistic goals for themselves pertaining to fitness and then getting discouraged when they don't see drastic differences in the span of just a couple of weeks. It shouldn't be this way.
