What to eat to increase my energy?

what specific foods or taking any pills would help me increase my energy. unfort. the energy drinks are not working on me and I prefer to use something natural for that!

First thing you need to make sure that having a little energy isn't due to iron defficiency or depression for example. You need to take tests to make sure. If you have iron deffieciency, there are iron supplements that boosts your energy and makes you feel a lot better. If it is depression, then you need to visit a doctor who might prescribe meds for you or just tell you to exercise or to seek psychotherapy. It depends on the case.

Second, if it's not all the above, then you need to change your diet. 1. limit your sugar intake 2. Drink a lot of water and stop drinking sodas 3. Exercise a lot 4. Eat healthy food but don't starve yourself.

energy will not give energy, full of sugar, and you end up with diabetes. organic fruit fruit and vegetables. you may want a lot of pasta, rice,porridge that's all slow releasing energy food. which is better for than, energy drinks, which only give you a short energy burst quickly, and then you feel rubbish afterward. but exercise is the best way to increase your energy
